Chet Mosco: VP of Construction Operations & Project Management
Chet is responsible for the estimating, purchasing and day-to-day construction and project management for Park Valley.
Chet’s vast construction knowledge has been gained over a 30-year career in the industry. Chet has managed projects ranging from ground-up multifamily and residential development, office, retail, and educational/health facility build-outs, collectively valued at several hundred million dollars. He leans on this wide range of experience to ensure that Park Valley’s projects are delivered on-time and within budget. He is able to effectively communicate with all of the design professionals and subcontractors, allowing projects to be value engineered to increase their profitability. Prior to joining Park Valley, Chet has held project management roles with Morlot Construction Corporation, Cali Associates and William Blanchard Company. Supplementing his professional experience, Chet graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Management & Marketing Science from Kean University.
Michael Netta.: Vice President of Acquisitions & Development
Michael is responsible for the identification, underwriting, execution and entitlement of Park Valley’s development projects. Over his 17-year career, he has participated in the investment and development of over 2.5 million square feet of properties, with an aggregate cost of over $700 million. He has been involved in transactions across the capital stack; and has been responsible for underwriting and managing office, hotel, multi-family, and retail properties both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining Park Valley, Michael held roles of increasing scope for family offices and private developers in New York and New Jersey. In addition to his professional experience, Michael teaches undergraduate real estate classes for the Schack Institute for Real Estate at New York University. He earned a BS in Finance and an MBA, both from Rutgers Business School, holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salespersons license, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute
